The Vanguard Omni Hybrid is elongated and one of the Specialty Shapes (Mach6, Maxima and Omni) belonging in the Vanguard Hybrid family.  All are elongated to a degree with variations in handle length.  All are constructed in the same way and differ only by shape and dimensions of the paddle.

Hybrid Construction – Core + Carbon Face

• QuadCarbon ™ Face:  two layers of carbon fiber on each side (bi-directional cross-weave technology) provides supreme vibration dampening (along with the poly core) giving you unmatched feel and control, but might power from the baseline.  Highlights are maximum spin, consistency and perfect feel.
• X5 ™ Honeycomb Thick Poly Core:  the advanced polypropylene honeycomb core is what makes Selkirk paddles unique.  The thick core, in conjunction with the QuadCarbon ™ Face absorb vibration resulting in a larger sweet spot and better feel.

• VANGUARD Geo Grip:  Excellent comfort with advanced wicking capabilities, premium style and better grip control.
• Edgesentry ™:  a low profile, lightweight and durable edgeguard providing a more balanced perimeter (fewer dead hits as you near the perimeter)

The paddle comes in two standard weights:  Midweight and Lightweight, custom weights 7.7-9.5 oz are available with special order.

Standard grip size is 4.25″.  Smaller (4.o”) and Larger (4.5″) are available with special order.
