Old Farm Pickleball

Here’s the application and waiver for the Old Farm Swim and Pickleball club. We are joining as pickleball only members.

Basically play is from 6AM -11PM. Reservation system via SignUpGenious.com. Scott Speier will send you a link once you become a member.

Here’s what to do:

• Download and sign forms
• Make check payable to: “Old Farm Swim & Paddle Tennis Club, Inc.”
• Mail (via postal service) to:

  • Rockville, MD 20852
